Structure

The Worcestershire Partnership structure chart shows how the partnership is organised to deliver Worcestershire's Local Area Agreement and our Community Strategy.  Our Governance and Accountability arrangements explain in more detail how this works.  The partnership is currently undergoing a review of governance and accountability to ensure we are appropriately structured to meet our responsibilities.

The Worcestershire Partnership Board is the strategic body of the Partnership and develops the vision for Worcestershire.

The Management Group ensures the continuous development of the Worcestershire Partnership as a driving force for change, picks up on key themes and issues from the theme groups and oversees the development of the Community Strategy and Local Area Agreement on behalf of Worcestershire Partnership Board.

The Theme Groups are the 'engine rooms' of the partnership and are responsible for turning strategy into practice and for the delivery plans that contribute to delivering the Local Area Agreement. The theme groups and district LSPs work together according to a set of minimum standards. There are also task groups that focus on specific areas of interest.
