Management Group

The Management Group of the Worcestershire Partnership is concerned with putting the Community Strategy and LAA into practice by ensuring effective partnership working. The group is also responsible for:

• Setting targets and monitoring performance against those targets for Worcestershire’s Local Area Agreement and countywide Community Strategy
• Making decisions within delegated authority
• Developing proposals and facilitating partners’ support
