The Worcestershire Children and Young People's Plan 2006 - 2009 was published in October 2006.  It sets out a shared vision to make life better for children and young people.  The Plan covers all children and young people from 0-19 and some young people such as those with learning difficulties and care leavers, up to the age of 24.

This Plan has been produced by the Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership which brings together the people who are responsible for services for children, young people and their families.
