Structure of the Report

The State of the Environment report will consist of three key elements. The bulk of the report is focussed around the thematic groups, within which all of the state of the environment indicators are located.

There is an introduction to the Ecological Footprint, which aims to provide a measure of the impact Worcestershire has on the environment, by comparing the amount of land the County needs to be sustainable, compared with the amount of land it has available.

Finally, there is a summary of indicators.
